Get paid
through Zuki.
One card, saved once. Your client pays inside the app, it's logged as paid on your side automatically, and the money is paid out to your bank account.
- Clients pay €0 extra
- Logged as paid automatically
- Your bank, your name
No Zuki fee for your client. Confirmed the moment it goes through.
They see what they owe you, tap pay, and confirm with a card they saved once.
No marking anything off. No reminder going out to someone who already paid.
To your own bank account, in your name, with the receipt sent automatically.
One number. Nothing underneath it.
You only pay when money actually moves. Your subscription is separate - this is one all-in rate on what your clients pay you.
One simple rate, VAT included. What you see is the whole fee - there's nothing added on top.
Every payment through Zuki Pay earns 1% back, refunded off next month's fees. Your subscription is separate and always paid in full.
Zuki adds nothing to what your client pays. No card fee and no surcharge on top of your price.
Card costs, currency conversion and international cards all come out of the 3.5% - there is no second processing fee on top of it.
Every Zuki Pay payment automatically emails a receipt confirming what was paid, at no extra charge. This is a payment receipt, not a VAT invoice - if you are VAT-registered, issuing VAT invoices to your clients stays your responsibility.
Every plan, every card. The fee does not change with your subscription or where the card was issued. 3.5% is 3.5%.
A declined payment costs you nothing. Refund a client and they get the full amount back, though the 3.5% on the original payment is not returned. If a client disputes a payment with their bank, the disputed amount may be recovered from you.
The rate is the same whatever card your client uses and wherever it was issued. The 1% reward is earned on payments taken through Zuki Pay and refunded off the following month's Zuki Pay fees; it does not reduce your subscription and is not paid out in cash. Your Zuki subscription is priced separately and excludes VAT where applicable. Full details in the refunds and payment terms.
Your money, your bank, your name.
Payments settle into your own bank account, in your currency, on the payout schedule confirmed at onboarding.
Your business name is what your client sees on their card statement, set up when you complete payment onboarding.
Turn Zuki Pay on for the services you want it on, and leave the rest exactly as they are.
They pay what they always paid. Zuki adds no account fee, card fee or surcharge, whatever card they use.
Zuki Pay becomes available once you complete payment onboarding (a short identity and bank-account check). The 3.5% fee is VAT-inclusive and is the whole fee - card, currency-conversion and international-card costs are absorbed by Zuki, and nothing is added on top.
The fine print, in plain words.
Anyone you're charging on a regular basis. Free covers up to 20; Core has no cap.
3.5% when a client pays you through Zuki - one all-in, VAT-inclusive rate, the same on every plan and on every card. Card processing, currency conversion and international cards all come out of that; nothing is added on top. Example: on a €100 payment the fee is €3.50, so you receive €96.50 and your client pays €100.
No. Paying you through Zuki costs your client €0 - exactly the same as handing you cash.
Every euro your clients pay through Zuki earns you 1% back, refunded off your Zuki Pay fees the following month. It is earned in one month and refunded in the next, so your first month earns the reward rather than spending it. Your subscription is separate and is always paid in full; the reward is not paid out in cash.
A failed or declined payment costs you nothing - the fee only applies to payments that go through. If you refund a client, the refund goes back to their original payment method in full; the 3.5% fee on the original payment is not returned. If a client raises a chargeback with their bank, Zuki handles the dispute as processor and the disputed amount may be recovered from you. Full details are in the refunds and payment terms.
No. Turn it on for the services you want it on. Anything your clients pay you the way they always have - cash, bank transfer, Revolut - carries no Zuki fee, and Zuki still tracks and confirms it. Your own bank's charges, if any, are unaffected.
To your own bank account, in your currency, with your business name on your client's card statement. Payouts follow the payout schedule confirmed when you complete payment onboarding.
Yes. Move between Free and Core any time. Paying yearly costs 15% less than paying for the same twelve months monthly.
These plans are for you, the provider - they cover running your services, billing and reminders.
